Images
Simply upload the entire “images” directory directly into your installation, so that the images are in the directory containing your “index.php” and “textpattern” files.
I’ve done the install and have no header image displayed. Reading the above instructions can you clarify. Uploading the “entire” directory would add the 4 files to the current Images directory. This would not however put the “images” in the directory “containing your “index.php” and “textpattern” files”. If this was the case you would upload the contents of the “images” directory to your “textpattern” directory. I tried this also and still didn’t get the header image.

I like the design a lot!
But I encounter the same issue as Dave: No header image, albeit the file header.gif is in the images directory.
Two more observations:
There is no “Go” button next to the search field.
The Browse list field is longer than the Search field and extends to the right beyond the limit given by the design.
Will try to fix it sometimein the next days. If I find a way I will post it here.

Fixed! It was all too easy.
In the CSS, replace images/header.gif by ../images/header.gif
