Aclide Wordpress Theme Released

This is a ported enhanced version of the layout Simplex designed by GG. Its a 2 column professional , clean , simple layout. But it is not at all yet another theme by any means.
So what makes it different will be the next question in your minds. Well let me explain this theme in detail. This theme makes use of two menus which have never been used in Wordpress before. Accordion and Focus Slide Menu .
Also I made use of famous Customizable Post Listings to just maybe make it easier for users to browse your site and also increase your page view by some extent.
No theme is perfect without icons . So next thing I made use of Graphic Push icons just to make theme more attractive and more proffesional. And yes this theme also has calendar 
And the end result Aclide .

also I have kind of busy blog and would be willing to put a permanent link to your stie on it if you know anyone that would like to volunteer to aid me in getting a host and uploadin my stuff and ge tting it up and running..

@ copper for hosting you can try www.dreamhost.com. I currently run my site on their server. Regarding help maybe you can ask wordpress support forums for help.

1) se le pueden cambiar los colores?
2) se puede arreglar para que se ajuste tanto en 1024*768 como en 800*600??

2)will the template expand to fit any screen resolution? and is compatible with all major browsers?.

Yes pattyce you can edit the css file to change it to the color of your choice. The template works well for 800*600, 1024*768. I haven’t tested it for other resoultions

Do I need some special plugins for this theme because the Random Posts thing does not work and there are no links on the side. Do I need to add them myself? Also, it works at 1280×1024 FYI.

You need to upload Customizable Post listing plugin ( provided with the template ) to plugin directory of wordpress and activate. The posts will then appear automatically on the sidebar.

I uploaded the customizable post listing but there’s still a problem. The side links are way down on the page & the body of the text is normal. Thanks.

Very nice them, very impressed. Any chance that you coul give me some help with three areas?
a) How to replace those metas with images, but without the images having huge blue outlines around them.
b) How to make it so that by clickin on either “random posts”, “recent posts”, or “recent commennts” (at the top of the left column) once they are open you can’t click on them again to close them, is there any way of achieving this?
c) Finally, i noticed that the header links “slider” tends to overlap if the link name is longer or shorter than a set amount of charachters.. is there a way of spacing the links out a bit more?

Hi, when I use your theme, I get an error about the focus_slide.js in the status bar of my browser (does it on both IE and Firefox). You should be able to see it if you goto http://blog.stargateworldswiki.com

the slider thing doesn’t work for me. what could be wrong?
the top menu looks instead like the 1.0 version of aclide, which I was using before. I’ve deleted the old folder and uploaded the new one, but it still doesn’t work

How do i reduce from css file left margin / padding for items in left menu ? There is a big gap between Categories, Calendar, Last Posts, etc and items contains by those. Aclide Theme rulez.
