Well I saw many of my favourite blogs pondering over the year 2005, highlighting their achievements , failures, mistakes , lessons learnt this year. I thought I would also write one post about it summarising about the year 2005.
Year 2005 has been an eventful year for me. For starters the craze for web design continued and actually grew by leaps and bounds this year. Sem VI results were good giving me that reason to spend time on net without my mom worrying about my studies. Late Septemeber , 11th September 2005 I blogged my first post on this domain.
In this last 3 months using blogs as a medium I have learnt a lot. Understanding Wordpress Templating Structure and creation of Wordpress Themes spiced up my site and brought in more visitors. Seeing so many sites using my themes , just gives me immense pleasure. I tried my hands with Textpattern too and did port some of my themes to TXP.
And how could I forget. This is the year where I finally got my campus - placement in Tata Infotech. So as you can see , quite eventful year 2005 for me. Hope 2006 is more eventful than this.
Happy new year to all. Wish you Happy and Prosperous New Year.

I had heard of this new social bookmarking tool Diigo from Solution Watch .
Thanks to Anusharaji for the invite I got opportunity to test it and use it. It has got great interface and good structure as such. Usage is similar to Del.icio.us. What it lacks is users and more bookmarks. But I guess as this service turns public we will see more of these things.
One might just think did Yahoo make a wise move by buying Del.icio.us when we see sites like Diigo with a similar system and perhaps in near future powerful. I would love to see what new changes & improvements Del.icio.us does to its system.
Finally what I can think of as a wishlist from diigo as of now is an option to import bookmarks from Del.icio.us . I am a del.icio.us fan and unless and untill I am able to import my existing bookmarks from it to Diigo I don’t see switching over to Diigo. Diigo are you listening ??
